We also serve it with spaghetti :)  Scott will be so happy you made this!  Its funny, he doesn&#039;t even use the recipe anymore since he&#039;s made it so many times, but he was pretty much still spot on.  Totally agree about the salt and pepper...scott does that after he pounds out the chicken.  your picture looked delicious!!  I sent it to him :)  We were not quite as motivated as you it seems...boiled some ravioli, scott made a tomato sauce and caesar dressing.  but still delicious!!  next you need to try that skillet chicken and rice I sent you :)</description>
