But It’s Staring Right at Me

peek-a-boo.jpgAnd I was able to get my video uploaded. It’s not my best work but I do get a kick out of how scared the dogs were of that stupid puzzle. In any event, if anyone should feel so inclined as to send me an awesome compact video camera with some kind of removable memory for easy interfacing with my computer that would be just awesome.

Doing my rounds this morning I came upon this. I am already loving it. I’ve already met a handful of lovely people. In addition, I have added a number of pages to the list of those I visit daily which is great because I spend a lot of time at the computer and:

  1. hate feeling like I’ve surfed to the end of the internet;
  2. need fuel for my creative fire;
  3. need something to keep me awake through those hard evening hours in class;
  4. i feel a little disappointed when my favorite reading spots don’t get updated for a couple of days.

Of course I missed one post on the 1st but I’m going to press on the nonetheless. I thought about back dating one of my posts but honestly. I gave myself a good shake, slapped myself across the face, and told myself to snap out of it. You should try it, you’ll like it. Blogging everyday that is, not slapping yourself. Outside of posting everyday my goal is to update my blogroll and pay homage to the blogs that inspire me and that I read everyday. I’ve just added it to my list so hopefully I get to it within a reasonable period of time.

My crafty projects have come grinding to a halt. I don’t like to stop working for too long or I fear that I’ll slip right back in to doing nothing at all. Ben looking in the sack that I brought home from JoAnn’s the other day and explained to baby Chase that mommy is already planning for her three weeks off… and he was right. I’m still looking for independent Baltimore area fabric stores. I wouldn’t say that yarn shops are quite a dime a dozen but relative to the number of independent fabric shops I can think of it certainly seems that way. If anyone knows of any other than G Street which is farther than I’d like to go, drop me a line.
