One batch down one to go. I kind of hated taking the first of my semi annual jam photos. There just aren’t that many ways to take pictures of jam. Also, this is the first day of the ice cream social sew along. I really have to get cracking. (The sidebar button links to the Flickr pool, lots of good ideas.)

So Big
Not too much going on around these parts. Avery is shaking things up a bit. Throwing her body all over the place to get from sitting to her belly. No big head bruises yet, so far so good. She also finally rolled from back to front unassisted a few days ago. I wonder what else she has in the works. (Seen here sporting her Sew Sweet Pepita shirt from the Keys. One Jar Of Jam
So, I concluded that the best way to get organic strawberries for making jam is to grow them yourself. I can’t take credit for the growing. Ben gets all the credit. I didn’t even want these strawberries in the yard anymore. Now, I’m on the fence again. Read the rest of this entry »
